Salutations to all of you. My academic responsibilities have been causing me a lot of stress recently, and it’s beginning to badly affect my general welfare. I have trouble focusing, and I usually become anxious as deadlines, tests, or the need for coursework help gets closer. What methods do you employ to stay motivated and control your stress levels? How do you manage your time between your personal hobbies, your academic obligations, and your self-care routines? Any advice on how to handle a stressful task with a positive attitude would be greatly appreciated. How other people manage to juggle their academic pursuits with their health and well-being piques my curiosity. I’m grateful.
